Shah Foods Board Approves New Promoters and Key Appointments

Shah Foods Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 8, 2026, approved the induction of Mr. Ankit Jalan and Mr. Anuj Jalan as new promoters following the successful completion of their open offer. The board also approved several key management appointments, including Mr. Anuj Jalan as Chairman and Additional Managing Director, Mr. Rajkumar Jalan as Additional Executive Director, Mr. Daivik Jalan as Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Ms. Pragati Goel and Mr. Shivam Gupta as Additional Independent Non-Executive Directors, and Mr. Giri Raj Prasar as Additional Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Vishal Jha was appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Mr. Vikash Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer. The board also accepted the resignations of Ms. Hemakshi Manan Patel as Managing Director and several directors.
