Shah Foods Limited's material subsidiary, Tandhan Power Technologies Private Limited, has appointed M/s. Baid & Gupta as Internal Auditors and M/s. MR & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the upcoming financial years. The subsidiary's Board of Directors also reviewed and approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026.
