Shahi Shipping Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Q4 and Annual Results

Shahi Shipping Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for audited financial results of the fourth quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. The board meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
