Shahlon Silk Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window for its securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the public announcement of these results.
