The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company has also complied with SEBI circulars regarding trading window closure period under the PIT Regulations. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be communicated in due course.
