Shakti Press Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The board will also reconsider and evaluate a proposal for fund raising through various modes including Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), private placement, or rights issue, which was deferred from a previous meeting. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results declaration.
