Shakti Press Extends Rights Issue Closing Date to June 2, 2026

Shakti Press Ltd's Rights Issue Committee has extended the closing date of the Rights Issue from May 29, 2026, to June 02, 2026. This extension aims to provide shareholders with an additional opportunity to exercise their rights. The last date for submission of the CAF is also revised to June 02, 2026. There are no changes to the LOF, CAF, and ALOF dated April 29, 2026, except for the issue closing date and resultant changes in the indicative timetable of post-issue activities. The revised issue schedule includes the finalization of allotment basis on or about June 03, 2026, allotment date on or about June 04, 2026, credit of equity shares on or about June 05, 2026, and listing on or about June 08, 2026.
