Shakti Press Extends Rights Issue Closing Date to May 29, 2026

Shakti Press Ltd's Rights Issue Committee has extended the closing date of its rights issue from May 18, 2026, to May 29, 2026. This extension aims to provide shareholders with additional time to exercise their rights. Consequently, the last date for submitting the CAF is also extended to May 29, 2026. The on-market renunciation of rights entitlements is revised to May 25, 2026. The finalization of allotment is expected around June 1, 2026, with listing anticipated on June 4, 2026.
