Shalby Ltd Announces 22nd AGM on Sep 10, 2026

Shalby Ltd has announced its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice are being sent electronically to members with registered email addresses. For members without registered emails, a letter containing a weblink to access the complete Annual Report and AGM Notice has been dispatched. The company is also providing remote e-voting facility through NSDL from September 5 to September 9, 2026. Members can register to speak at the AGM by September 3, 2026.
