Shalibhadra Finance Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Shalibhadra Finance Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. JSD & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the Directors Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share was recommended, and the 35th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The record date for dividend and e-voting eligibility is September 23, 2026.
