Ayushi Doshi, belonging to the promoter group of Shalibhadra Finance Limited, has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares, representing 0.32% of the total share capital. This acquisition was made through the open market. Following this transaction, Ayushi Doshi's total shareholding in the company increased from 7,54,100 shares (2.44%) to 8,54,100 shares (2.77%).
