The acquisition is of strategic nature, aiming to expand SLFWL's business into the premium nightlife and experiential entertainment domain. Rightfest Hospitality LLP operates acclaimed lifestyle venues and organizes high-energy music and entertainment events. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 12 months, with Mr. Mohan Babu Karjela overseeing the process.
