Shalimar Wires Approves FY26 Audited Results, Auditor Reappointments

Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the reappointment of M/s. Mitra Bose & Associates as Cost Auditors, M/s. ARVG & Associates as Tax Auditors, and M/s. Chaturvedi & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the remuneration of M/s. Khandelwal Ray & Co. Statutory Auditors was increased. Mr. Sunil Khaitan was reappointed as Chairman & Mg. Director, and Mr. Vedant Khaitan as Joint Managing Director, both for 3-year terms. The 30th AGM will be held on June 30, 2026, via video conferencing.
