Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from October 1st, 2026, and will remain in effect for 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending September 30th, 2026. The company will communicate the date of the board meeting to consider these results in due course, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
