Haryana Refractories & Manoj Agarwal Acquire 5.22% Stake in Sham Foam

Sham Foam Limited has received a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Haryana Refractories Private Limited and Manoj Agarwal have collectively acquired 6,00,000 equity shares, representing 5.22% of the total share capital, through an open market transaction. This acquisition brings their combined holding to 5.22% post-acquisition. The acquisition was completed on August 24, 2026. The total equity share capital of Sham Foam Limited remains unchanged at 1,14,90,750 equity shares.
