Shangar Decor Board Approves EGM for June 30

Shangar Decor Limited's Board of Directors met on June 5, 2026, and approved convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM via Video Conferencing. The board also appointed Mr. Anuj Bharatbhai Udani as the Scrutinizer for the EGM and set June 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to attend and vote. The notice for the General Meeting was also approved.
