Shangar Decor Q4/FY26 Audited Results Approved; Directors Appointed

Shangar Decor Limited's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results were approved along with the Auditor's Report, which carried an unmodified opinion. Additionally, the Board recommended the regularization of Mr. Darshil Hemendrakumar Shah and Mr. Konark Patel as Independent Directors (Non-Executive Independent Directors) for a period of five years, effective April 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting.
