The EGM is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has appointed Mr. Anuj Bharatbhai Udani as the Scrutinizer for the EGM. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility to attend and vote is June 23, 2026. The Board also approved the notice for the General Meeting.
