Shankara Building Products Q1FY26 Results: Revenue at ₹1,644 Cr, EBITDA at 3.58%, PAT at ₹32 Cr

Shankara Building Products Limited, a leading building materials marketplace in India, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue of ₹1,644 Cr, EBITDA margin of 3.58%, and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹32 Cr. The company's steel marketplace business achieved a volume growth of 35% YOY, with the highest-ever Q1 volumes at 2.38 lakh tonnes. The non-steel marketplace business, however, saw subdued growth due to industry headwinds. The company remains focused on strengthening its core categories and is hopeful for the approval of its proposed demerger in the coming month. FY26 is set to be a defining year for Shankara.
