Shankara Buildpro Appoints Dhananjay Mirlay Srinivas as MD

Shankara Buildpro Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Dhananjay Mirlay Srinivas as the new Managing Director, effective November 1, 2026, for a term of five years. This appointment follows the unfortunate demise of the former Managing Director, Mr. Sukumar Srinivas. Mr. Srinivas, previously a Whole-time Director, has been with the company in a leadership capacity, contributing to its business operations and strategic initiatives. The appointment is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mr. Srinivas is not related to any existing directors and has confirmed he is not disqualified from holding the office.
