Shanmuga Hospital Shareholders Appoint CS S Anuradha as Secretarial Auditor

Shanmuga Hospital Ltd. announced that its shareholders, at the Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026, approved the appointment of CS S Anuradha, a Practising Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 and extending up to FY 2030-31. This decision was made effective from April 1, 2026, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
