Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from 1st April, 2026, in relation to the consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. This closure applies to Employees, Directors, Key managerial Personnel, Designated persons, and their immediate relatives, who are prohibited from trading in the company's shares or securities during this period.
