Shanthi Gears Appoints Interim CFO Amidst CFO Joining Delay

Shanthi Gears Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sukanta Kumar Panigrahi as the Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. This follows the inability of the previously appointed CFO, Mr. Sudhir R, to join the company due to personal reasons. Mr. Panigrahi, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 18 years of experience in finance and related fields, will hold the position until a regular CFO is identified and takes charge. The company also authorized Mr. M Karunakaran (Whole time Director & CEO) and Mr. Walter Vasanth P J (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
