Shanthi Gears Appoints New CFO and Head of HR

Shanthi Gears Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 3rd, 2026. Mr. Sai Krishna Alluri has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect, replacing the interim CFO, Mr. Sukanta Kumar Panigrahi. Additionally, Ms. Helena Susan has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources and designated as Senior Management Personnel, succeeding Mr. Victor Dharmaraj who will transition to new roles.
