Shanti Educational Initiatives Appoints New Company Secretary

Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd announced a change in its management following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 11, 2026. The company approved its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the 38th Notice of AGM. Notably, Ms. Pooja Hemang Khakhi resigned from her positions as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Shruti Manoj Bapaye has been appointed as the new Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and Senior Management Personnel.
