Shanti Educational Initiatives Appoints New Company Secretary

Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 11, 2026. Ms. Pooja Hemang Khakhi resigned from her positions as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel. Concurrently, Ms. Shruti Manoj Bapaye has been appointed as the new Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and designated as Key Managerial Personnel. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the 38th Notice of AGM, and the Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The 38th AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2026, via video conference.
