Shanti Gold International Ltd Re-appoints Pankajkumar Jagawat as Managing Director and Manojkumar Jain as Whole-time Director

Shanti Gold International Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Pankajkumar Jagawat as Managing Director and Mr. Manojkumar Jain as Whole-time Director for a further period of 5 years. The re-appointments are subject to the approval of shareholders through a Postal Ballot. Mr. Jagawat, aged 52, has over 25 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing and trading industry. Mr. Jain, aged 50, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing sector. Both appointments will be effective from September 01, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
