Shanti Guru Industries Ltd announced the resignation of independent director Jayaraman Madhusuthan due to personal and unavoidable circumstances. Madhusuthan was a non-executive director of Jeyyam Global Foods Limited, an SME listed entity, from April 2025. The company is planning to establish a manufacturing facility in Krishnagiri district for food products and sell its freehold land at Madhavaram to meet working capital needs. Additionally, Ms Sarika SSangavi and Mr Santosh Choudannavar have been appointed as additional directors.
