Shanti Spintex Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Shanti Spintex Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the year and quarter ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results is yet to be intimated.
