Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd: Directors Re-appointed at AGM

Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd held its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, where shareholders approved key resolutions. Mr. Avijeet Kumar was re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term of five years, and also re-appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation.
