Eco Hotels and Resorts Expands Leased Property Portfolio and Launches New Vegetarian Restaurant

Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd, formerly known as Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited, held a Board of Directors meeting on March 24, 2025. The meeting resulted in the approval of two major business transactions. Firstly, the company will take over a hotel property with 54 rooms in Vadodara, Gujarat, on a long-term lease basis. This will add to their existing portfolio of 9 properties across India, bringing the total number of keys to over 500. Secondly, the company has launched a pure vegetarian restaurant, Eco Satva, in Kota, Rajasthan, with 63 rooms. The restaurant has three distinct sections: Sahar, a pure vegetarian restaurant without onion and garlic; Kick in the Brick, a fusion Asian food with a dance floor; and GG’s, a rooftop restaurant. The company also announced that EcoXpress Satva in Nagpur, Maharashtra, will commence operations from April 2025.
