Eco Hotels Completes Rights Issue Conversion, Shares Fully Paid Up

Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd announced the successful receipt of the third and final call money for its partly paid-up right equity shares. This action converts 94,05,655 shares from a paid-up value of ₹7.50 to ₹10.00, making them fully paid-up. The company received an aggregate amount of ₹3,57,41,489/- for this conversion. These converted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares. The company will now proceed with corporate actions and seek listing and trading approvals for these fully paid-up shares.
