Eco Hotels Launches 58-Room Property in Shirdi, Expands Portfolio
Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has announced the launch of Eco Satva Shirdi, a new 58-room hotel in Maharashtra. This expansion strengthens the company's presence in the state and aligns with its strategy to grow its hospitality portfolio in key pilgrimage, leisure, and business destinations across India. With this launch, Eco Hotels now has over 280 operational rooms and plans to add approximately 70 more rooms by October/November, bringing the total to around 350 rooms before Diwali. The company aims to capitalize on Shirdi's potential as a year-round pilgrimage and tourism hub, offering differentiated accommodation and F&B experiences. The new property features a pure vegetarian Satvik restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and Pan Asian/Continental dining options. Eco Hotels is confident that the growing economic and spiritual activity in the region will drive occupancy and improve Average Room Rate (ARR).
