Eco Hotels receives ₹3.44 Cr call money, converts 85.46 lakh rights shares

Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd has announced the receipt of call money for its outstanding partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares. Following the payment of both the first reminder call and the second call, each amounting to ₹3.80 per share, the company has approved the conversion of 85,45,990 partly paid-up equity shares. These shares, originally ₹2.50 paid-up on application, are now converted from ₹5.00 paid-up to ₹7.50 paid-up. The total aggregate amount received from these calls is ₹3,44,07,757.40. The converted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares in proportion to the amount paid-up.
