Eco Hotels: Record Date for Final Call on Rights Issue

Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd announced the record date, May 29, 2026, for the third and final call of ₹3.80 on partly paid-up equity shares. The call comprises ₹2.50 towards face value and ₹1.30 towards securities premium, applicable to 1,28,76,808 partly paid-up shares allotted on September 26, 2025. This decision was approved during the Board of Directors meeting on May 23, 2026.
