Eco Hotels Waives Interest on Delayed Call Money Payments

Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd, through its Rights Issue Committee, has approved the waiver of interest on delayed payments for the first and second call money concerning partly paid-up equity shares issued via a Rights Issue. This waiver applies to shareholders who have paid their outstanding call money following a reminder notice dated June 22, 2026. The company will also refund any interest already collected from these shareholders. However, the waiver is not applicable to shareholders who remain in default for any call money payments, who will continue to be liable for outstanding amounts and applicable interest.
