Sharda Cropchem Q2 FY 2025-26: Revenue at INR929 crores, 71% Y-o-Y growth in EBITDA

Sharda Cropchem Limited reported its Q2 FY 2025-26 financial results with a revenue of INR929 crores, a growth of 20% Y-o-Y. The agrochemical business grew by 27% Y-o-Y to INR803 crores, while the non-agrochemical business degrew by 11% Y-o-Y to INR126 crores. Gross margin stood at 34.5% in Q2 FY 2025-26, an increase of 690 basis points. EBITDA grew by 71% to INR139 crores with EBITDA margins at 15%. PAT stood at INR74 crores, showing a growth of 75% on Y-o-Y basis. The company aims to increase product registrations with a planned capex of INR450 crores to INR500 crores in FY 2026.
