Sharda Ispat: Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Sharda Ispat Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Officers, and Designated Employees. This closure is in anticipation of the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
