Sharda Ispat Trading Window Closed Until Aug 15

Sharda Ispat Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is extended until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026. The meeting will consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consequently, the trading window will remain closed for directors, KMPs, and designated employees until August 15, 2026, to prevent insider trading.
