Sharda Motor Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's internal policies on fair disclosure and insider trading, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will remain closed from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly declared.
