Completion of Tenure of Ms Daya Bhalia as an Executive Director at Shardul Securities Ltd

Ms. Daya Bhalia, a Whole-time Director designated as an Executive Director at Shardul Securities Ltd, has completed her tenure today, i.e., 13th February 2026. She has ceased to be the Executive Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 13th February 2026. However, she will continue as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 - Part A(7) of Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR read with relevant SEBI Circulars, are attached in Annexure A.
