Share India Securities Announces 32nd AGM on Sep 29, 2026

Share India Securities Ltd has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 04:30 p.m. through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will consider and adopt the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year 2025-26. Key agenda items include the approval of interim dividend of ₹1.10 per share and a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share for FY25-26. Additionally, the meeting will address the re-appointment of Mr. Parveen Gupta as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Kamlesh Vadilal Shah as Managing Director, both retiring by rotation. A special business item involves the re-appointment of Mr. Parveen Gupta as Managing Director for a five-year term from July 21, 2027, to July 20, 2032, including his continuation beyond age 70.
