
Share India Securities Approves ₹75 Cr NCD Issuance
Share India Securities Ltd's Finance Committee has approved the issuance of up to 75,000 Listed, Rated, Secured, Taxable, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of INR 10,000 each. This issuance, which includes a green shoe option of up to 25,000 NCDs, aggregates to INR 75 Crores. The NCDs will be issued on a private placement basis and are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE Limited. The tenure of the instrument is up to 18 months and 18 days from the deemed date of allotment, with a coupon rate of 10.50% per annum, payable monthly. Principal repayment will be a lump sum at maturity. This move is in continuation of the company's earlier disclosure about raising funds up to INR 200 Crores by way of debt securities.
