Share India Securities Ltd to Invest Additional Rs. 30 Crores in Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited

Share India Securities Ltd announced that its Finance Committee approved an additional investment of Rs. 30,00,00,000 in Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE) by acquiring 15,00,00,000 equity shares, which constitutes 1.36% of the post-issue capital of MSE. This investment is subject to satisfactory completion of conditions precedent as mentioned in the share subscription and shareholder’s agreement to be entered into by the Company with MSE. MSE, incorporated in 2008, is a recognized stock exchange under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Exchange commenced its operations in the Currency Derivatives Segment in 2008 and subsequently expanded into the Capital Market and Futures & Options Segments in 2013. MSE offers a modern, electronic, and transparent trading platform across multiple segments including Capital Market, Futures & Options, Currency Derivatives, and Debt Market.
