Share India Securities: NCLT Rectifies Scheme Appointed Date to April 1, 2026

Share India Securities Limited announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench - I, has rectified the Appointed Date for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services Private Limited with Share India Securities Limited. The original Appointed Date mentioned in the NCLT's order dated August 20, 2026, was October 1, 2023. However, vide its order pronounced on October 12, 2026, the NCLT has rectified this to April 1, 2026. The scheme will become effective upon completion of the stipulated steps.
