Sharp India Appoints Six Directors to Board

Sharp India Ltd announced the appointment of six new directors to its Board of Directors following a meeting on June 5, 2026. The appointments include Mr. Anant Raghute, Mr. Sandeep Deshmukh, and Mr. Salil Halve as Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors. Additionally, Mr. Yashavant Avatade, Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan, and Ms. Bhakti Hosalkar have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive, Independent Directors. All appointed directors will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting, with the independent directors serving a five-year term subject to member approval. These appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
