Sharp India Ltd Receives Demand Notice for ₹15.84 Cr Loan Repayment

Sharp India Ltd has received a demand notice from Unbounded Opportunities Fund SPC for the repayment of an Inter Corporate Loan. The notice demands the entire outstanding principal amount of ₹15,84,11,000 along with estimated interest of ₹27.93 Lakhs. The creditor has threatened legal action in case of non-repayment. The company is currently evaluating the notice and plans to discuss an amicable resolution or time extension with the creditor. The reason cited for the demand is that the principal amount and interest are due for payment on December 31, 2026.
