Sharpline Broadcast Board Approves AGM Notice, Auditor Re-appointment

Sharpline Broadcast Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on September 5, 2026. The board approved the notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. Mr. Vivek Kumar was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM. The Board Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, was reviewed and approved. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mrs. Urmil Gupta as a Director and M/s. BAS & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term was recommended for shareholder approval at the AGM.
