Sharpline Broadcast Re-appoints BAS & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors

Sharpline Broadcast Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of M/s. BAS & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. This re-appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 40th AGM. The decision is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming AGM. The remuneration will be mutually agreed upon by the auditors and the Board. BAS & Co. LLP is a registered firm with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, providing audit and assurance services.
