AVB Endeavors increases stake in Shashank Traders by 2.07% to 12.41%

AVB Endeavors Pvt Ltd disclosed the acquisition of 64,000 equity shares of Shashank Traders Ltd via open market on April 13, 2026. This acquisition was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Prior to this transaction, AVB Endeavors, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), held 3,20,000 shares, representing 10.34% of Shashank Traders' total equity. Following the acquisition, their total shareholding has increased to 3,84,000 equity shares, which constitutes 12.41% of the company's total paid-up capital. AVB Endeavors is not part of the promoter or promoter group. The total equity capital of Shashank Traders remains ₹3,09,38,000, comprising 30,93,800 equity shares of ₹10 each.
